GENERAL DISPUTE PRINCIPLES. (a) All disputes between or among the Parties and/or any of their Affiliates (including the Joint Venture) under this Agreement and the Related Agreements shall be settled, if possible, through good faith negotiations between the relevant parties. (b) Disputes as to the specific matters referred to in Section 6.1(e) and 9.1(b) shall be resolved as provided in such Sections. All other disputes under this Agreement and the Related Agreements shall be resolved as provided in Article 12.
