GENERAL DUTIES OF THE SERVICERS. (a) For and on behalf of the Issuer, the Trustee and the Holders, each Servicer shall service and administer the Loans it is responsible for servicing in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the instructions of the Trustee hereunder. Unless otherwise specified herein with respect to specific obligations of such Servicer, such Servicer shall service and administer the Loans it is responsible for servicing in the best interests of, and for the benefit of, the Holders, in accordance with the Servicing Standard.
