General Easement Conditions. Sellers are reserving the owners, their heirs and assigns, all such rights and privileges in the land as may be used without interfering with or abridging the rights and easements hereby acquired including the ability to remove hay from the permanent easement area once a year after August 1st and to conduct farm activities in the construction and spoils easement subject to the restriction contained herein. The Buyer anticipates construction will occur between November 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. The Seller agrees the Buyer shall be held harmless for any damage to crops between these dates. The construction and spoils easement shall be perpetual in nature and shall only be utilized for the spreading of spoils after November 1st of each year. Seller agrees to remove all crops prior to November 1st of each year and to hold the Buyer harmless in the event crops are not timely removed.
