General Effective Date. Except as provided for newborns and adopted children (including adopted newborns), the Effective Date of coverage for eligible individuals properly enrolled will be the first day of the first month following receipt of the enrollment request.

General Effective Date. Except as amended hereby, the Shareholders Agreement has not been modified, and as amended hereby, is in full force and effect.
