General Emergency Conditions Sample Clauses

The General Emergency Conditions clause defines the procedures and responsibilities that apply when unforeseen emergencies, such as natural disasters or other crises, impact the parties' ability to fulfill their contractual obligations. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes an emergency, the required notifications between parties, and any temporary suspensions or modifications to performance obligations during the emergency period. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for managing disruptions, ensuring that both parties understand their rights and duties in the event of an emergency, and reducing uncertainty or disputes arising from such situations.
