Common use of General Excuse Rights Clause in Contracts

General Excuse Rights. No Fund Borrower shall consent to designate any Investment as a General Excused Investment or permit any other Funding Excuse after the Closing Date without prior written notice to Administrative Agent. If a Borrowing Base Deficiency would result from such General Excused Investment or Funding Excuse, the Fund Borrowers shall cure such Borrowing Base Deficiency prior to consenting to such General Excused Investment or Funding Excuse.
