Common use of General Financial Statement Requirements Clause in Contracts

General Financial Statement Requirements. All information provided by any member of the OWW Affiliated Group to Travelport pursuant to Sections 4.2(c)-(i) inclusive, shall be consistent in terms of format and detail and otherwise with the procedures and practices in effect on the date hereof with respect to the provision of such financial and other information by any member of the OWW Affiliated Group to Travelport (and where appropriate, as presently presented in financial and other reports delivered to the Board of Directors or management of Travelport), with such changes therein as may be reasonably requested by Travelport from time to time, unless changes in such procedures or practices are required to comply with the rules and regulations of the SEC, as applicable.
