General Fund Carry Forward. At the conclusion of the fiscal year, the CMHSP may carry forward up to 5% of state mental health General Funds (formula funding) authorized through this contract. These funds shall be treated as state funds and shall be budgeted as a CMHSP planned expenditure in the subsequent year. All carry-forward funds unexpended in the subsequent year shall be returned to the MDHHS.
