General governance structure. The govemance structure of the Consortium shall comprise the following Consortium Bodies: The Coordinator will serve as a project manager. The Steering Committee (SC) is the highest project authority. The Project Management Committee (PMC) consists of the Coordinator and all Work Package leaders. Work Package Leaders are responsible for workflow, coordination, timeliness, deliverables and results of their WP. The Consortium Bodies become operational on the Effective Date.

The Coordinator is the legal entity acting as the intermediary between the Parties and the EJP- RD.
