General Insurance Requirement. Throughout the term of this Agreement, or during such period as the Parties shall agree in writing, Adaptimmune shall maintain, and shall cause each Sub-Licensee to maintain, in full force and effect commercial general liability (CGL) insurance, with single claim limits consistent with industry standards. Such insurance policy will include coverage for claims that may be asserted by Universal against Adaptimmune under section 6.2 “Adaptimmune’s Indemnification”. Adaptimmune shall deliver to Universal a copy of the certificate of insurance for such policy following receipt of written request for such.
