Common use of General Insurance Requirements for Lessor Clause in Contracts

General Insurance Requirements for Lessor. Without limiting any other obligations or liabilities of Lessor under the Lease Documents, Lessor shall at all times during the Construction Term carry and maintain or cause to be carried and maintained insurance with the minimum coverages set forth in this Schedule 13.2. All insurance required to be carried or maintained by Lessor under this Schedule 13.2 during the Construction Term shall apply solely to Xxxx 0 and the Parties' performance of their respective obligations under the Lease Documents (and activities in connection with or incidental thereto) during the Construction Term. Lessor shall have no obligation or liability for premiums, commissions, assessments or calls in connection with any insurance policy required to be carried or maintained by Lessee during the Lease Term under the Lease Documents, including this Schedule 13.2.
