Common use of General Intangibles, Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights and Licenses Clause in Contracts

General Intangibles, Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights and Licenses. Borrower owns or is licensed to use all rights, title and interests in and to all General intangibles, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, licenses and intellectual property, necessary for the conduct of Borrower’s business on the Effective Date and planned future conduct of its business without any conflict with the rights of others. All Material General intangibles owned or used by Borrower in Borrower’s operations or the conduct of its business are listed on the Disclosure Schedule and indicate the owner of such General intangible and a description of the rights of Borrower to use such General intangible if not owned by Borrower.
