General Interpretive Rules. (a) All terms of an accounting nature not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed thereto by GAAP. (b) The terms accounts, chattel paper, contract rights, documents, equipment, instruments, general intangibles and inventory, as and when used in this Agreement or the Security Documents, shall have the meanings given those terms in the Uniform Commercial Code. (c) Unless otherwise specified, the words "hereof," "herein," "hereunder" and words of similar import, when used in this Agreement, refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision, section or subsection of this Agreement.
