Common use of GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT Clause in Contracts

GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT. The Contractor shall carry general liability insurance with a per occurrence liability limit of at least $1,000,000. The Contractor will provide the Manager a certificate of insurance and name the Manager as an “additional insured” on the Contractor’s general liability insurance policy;
