General Limitation; Issuer’s Representation. The representations and covenants of the Issuer herein and in any proceeding, document or certification incidental to issuance of the Bonds shall not create a pecuniary liability of the Issuer, except to the extent of the Trust Estate. The Issuer represents and covenants that it has made no pledge, assignment or other conveyance of its rights, title and interest in the Trust Estate except to the Trustee as provided herein.
