General Obligation in relation to the Project. 5.14.1 Save and except the development, construction of the project in accordance with applicable laws and conduct the operations of the commercial/ retail activities therefrom, the Concessionaire shall not permit anything to be done on the Project Site which may be unlawful, a nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to the owners, occupiers, passengers or residents of other premises in the vicinity.
