General Obligation of Confidentiality. Each party must keep the Confidential Information confidential and not disclose it or allow it to be disclosed to any third party except: 16.1.1 with the prior written approval of the other parties; or 16.1.2 to officers, employees and consultants or advisers of the party (or its Related Bodies Corporate) who have a need to know (and only to the extent that each has a need to know) for the purposes of this Agreement and are aware that the Confidential Information must be kept confidential; and 16.1.3 take or cause to be taken reasonable precautions necessary to maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information.
