General Obligation to Pursue Third Person Recovery. If a party (the "Paying Party") has paid to the other party (the "Receiving Party") an amount in respect of any indemnity, Supervening Event or other liability hereunder (a "Liability Payment"), and the Receiving Party has a bona fide claim for recovery of any such Liability Payment from a third Person or under any insurance required pursuant to this Agreement, the Receiving Party will:
