General Obligations of the Parties. 33.2.1 The Parties must, at all times: (a) comply with their obligations set out in Schedule 3 - Management and Governance; (b) act reasonably and in good faith in performing their obligations and exercising their rights under this Services Agreement; (c) diligently perform their respective obligations under this Services Agreement; and (d) without limiting any other obligation in clauses 35 or 36, work together in a collaborative manner with each other and with other organisations involved with the delivery of the Services. 33.2.2 The Service Provider must provide all reasonable assistance consistent with the Service Provider's obligations under this Services Agreement and required by Health. 33.2.3 The Service Provider must ensure that the Service Provider Representative (or another person specified in the Statement of Requirement) is reasonably available to attend meetings and answer any questions relating to the provision of the Services raised by Health. 33.2.4 The Service Provider must nominate the Governance roles and participate in the Governance forums as required under Schedule 3 - Management and Governance.
