General Obligations of the Parties. 1. The CITY shall meet the requirements for Federal-Aid funding set forth in this Agreement. The CITY and MDT agree that the PROJECT is a pilot project for a revised Local Agency Guidelines (LAG) process and will utilize the guidance set forth in the existing MDT LAG Manual (September 2013) where applicable and practical. The CITY and MDT agree to work in partnership to resolve any requirements of the LAG Manual that are not practical or feasible in the delivery and administration of this PROJECT. 2. The PARTIES shall manage the delivery of the project phases and project areas of responsibility as identified below.
