General Operating Budgets Sample Clauses

General Operating Budgets. Deliver to the Agent Lender no later than January 31 of each year an updated General Operating Budget for such year containing such detail as the Agent Lender (or 30 days after the end of Borrower’s fiscal year, if such fiscal year ends on a date other than December 31) may reasonably request and deliver to the Agent Lender any revised General Operating Budgets prepared by Borrower at any time.
