Common use of General Partner Not Liable for Return of Capital Contributions Clause in Contracts

General Partner Not Liable for Return of Capital Contributions. Neither the General Partner nor any of its Affiliates shall be liable for the return of the Capital Contributions of any Limited Partner, and such return shall be made solely from Available Assets of the Partnership, if any, and each Limited Partner hereby waives any and all claims that he, she or it may have against the General Partner or any Affiliate thereof in this regard.
