General Performance Objectives Clause Samples
The General Performance Objectives clause sets out the overarching standards and expectations for how work or services should be performed under a contract. It typically outlines the required level of quality, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws or industry standards that the contractor or service provider must meet. For example, it may require that all deliverables be completed to a professional standard and within agreed deadlines. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the baseline requirements for performance, helping to prevent disputes and maintain consistent quality throughout the contract.
