General Plan for Development. Developer intends to develop the Tract as a residential development. The City and Developer agree that the plats submitted to the City for approval regarding the Tract may include any single family designation from R-1 through R-6 of the zoning ordinance of the City Code, or in the Development Guidelines attached as Exhibit E to the Sienna Plantation Development Agreement.
