Common use of General Plan Clause in Contracts

General Plan. “General Plan” means the City’s General Plan as it exists on the Effective Date, and as expressly amended by (i) General Plan Amendment/Zoning Code Change approved by the City Council concurrently with this Agreement; and (ii) future amendments applicable to the Quarry, if permitted under Section 9.
