GENERAL PREMISES. 1.1 Subject to Section 3, in the event either Party is invited by a Client to participate in an Eligible Project, that Party shall inform the other Party of such invitation, and the Parties shall act in accordance with this Agreement to collaborate with respect to such Eligible Project with the goal of securing the engagement with the Client to provide the Client-requested Complementary Services.
