General Principles Applicable to Definitions. Definitions given in Section 1.01 shall be equally applicable to both singular and plural forms of the terms therein defined and references herein to "he" or "it" shall be applicable to Persons whether masculine, feminine or neuter. References herein to any document including, without limitation, this Agreement, a Loan, a Note and a Related Document shall be deemed a reference to such document as it now exists, and as, from time to time hereafter, the same may be amended.
