General Principles Applicable to Definitions. Definitions given in Section 1.01 shall be equally applicable to both singular and plural forms of the terms therein defined and references herein to "he" or "it" shall be applicable to persons whether masculine, feminine or neuter. References herein to any document including, but without limitation, this Agreement shall be deemed a reference to such document as it now exists, and as, from time to time hereafter, the same may be amended. References herein to a "person" or "persons" shall be deemed to be references to an individual, corporation, partnership, trust, unincorporated association, joint venture, joint-stock company, government (including political subdivisions), Governmental Authority or agency or any other entity.
