General procedure for payment. All payments to be made by one Party to the other Party pursuant to the Contract shall be made by transferring the amount due to the other Party’s bank account in a credit institution of the Republic of Estonia indicated in the Party’s respective invoice. Payment shall be deemed to have made at the moment when the bank account of the Party receiving the payment is credited with the amount due.
