Common use of GENERAL PROJECT PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

GENERAL PROJECT PROVISIONS. The following provisions relate to the construction and completion of the Project: Change Orders. All requests for changes in the Plans and Specifications involving total extra costs in excess of one percent (1%) of total Project costs must be in writing, signed by Borrower and the architect, and delivered to Lender for its approval. Borrower will not permit the performance of any work pursuant to any change order or modification of the Construction Contract or any subcontract without the written approval of Lender. Borrower will obtain any required permits or authorizations from governmental authorities having jurisdiction before approving or requesting a new change order.
