General Provisions and Obligations. 3.1 The Data Processor undertakes to only Process Personal Data in accordance with documented instructions communicated from time to time by the Data Controller. The Data Controller’s initial instructions to the Data Processor regarding the subject-matter and duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, the type of Personal Data and categories of Persons are set forth in this Agreement.
