GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO USD ACCOUNTS. You acknowledge that when you open a USD Account, you will have both a CAD Account and a USD Account with us. The following provisions shall apply solely in respect of USD Accounts and you agree to be bound by these provisions when you open a USD Account.
