To permit registrations of transfers and exchanges, the Issuer shall will execute and the Trustee shall or its Authenticating Agent will authenticate Global Notes and Definitive Registered Notes upon receipt of an Authentication Order in accordance with Section 2.02 hereof or at the Registrar’s request.
