GENERAL RELEASE EXECUTION DATE. The earliest date on which ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may sign and deliver this General Release is the day after ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ last day of employment and the latest date on which ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may sign and deliver this General Release is January 6, 2020. All terms and conditions in the Agreement continue to remain in full effect.
