Common use of General Remedies Clause in Contracts

General Remedies. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuation thereof, the Administrative Agent shall have, in respect of the Pledged Collateral of any Pledgor, in addition to the rights and remedies provided herein, in the other Credit Documents, in any Secured Hedging Agreement or by law, the rights and remedies of a secured party under the UCC or any other applicable law.

General Remedies. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuation thereof, the Administrative Agent and the holders of the Secured Obligations shall have, in respect of the Pledged Collateral of any Pledgor, in addition to the rights and remedies provided herein, in the other Credit Loan Documents, in any other documents relating to the Secured Hedging Agreement Obligations or by law, the rights and remedies of a secured party under the UCC or any other applicable law.

General Remedies.
