General Reports. You must, when requested, provide Us with the following Report(s) for Your Service, which must be delivered by the date and in the manner We specify in Our request:
General Reports. 7.1. The Service Provider shall prepare weekly systems report, scheduled quarterly service report ,Job cards upon site visitation, site specific reports as required from day to day operations and any other systems and progress reports as may be required by the Company for the assigned works vis-à-vis the agreed timelines.
7.2. Submitted reports shall be in the agreed format as guided by the KPLC project manager.

Beginning with the first anniversary of the Effective Date, on or before each anniversary of the Effective Date, Gilead will submit to Anadys written reports summarizing the status and progress of the clinical and regulatory development, marketing and commercialization efforts for Licensed Products in sufficient detail so as to allow Anadys to monitor Gilead's compliance with Section 3(e). Such reports shall be deemed to be Confidential Information of Gilead.

After conclusion of the Research Program, in the event that Amgen nominates a clinical candidate that would be deemed a Collaboration Product, Amgen will submit to Anadys an annual written report summarizing the status of the clinical and regulatory development, marketing and commercialization activities with respect to any such Collaboration Product to allow Anadys to monitor Amgen's compliance with Section 3(d). Such reports shall be deemed to be Confidential Information of Amgen.
General Reports. Grantee will prepare and submit to BPS such other non- financial reports as the City deems reasonably necessary. In addition, the Grantee will submit to the City any information for reporting purposes required by the Department of Environmental Quality or Metro.

General Reports. In addition to the reporting requirements specified in the Common Terms, the Provider agrees to submit to the Housing Agency at the times and in the manner specified by the Housing Agency the reports and documentation specified in Schedule 2 of this Agreement.
General Reports. The City shall have the right to request, in writing, information as is appropriate and reasonable to determine whether Grantee is in compliance with this Franchise. Grantee shall provide the City such information in a format as Grantee customarily prepares such report or information. Grantee shall fully cooperate with the City and shall provide such information and documents as necessary and reasonable for the City to evaluate compliance. Grantee reserves the right to object to any request made under this Section 13.3 as unnecessary, unreasonable or inappropriate under the circumstances.
