Distribution Control. Footage Firm has sole discretion to establish price schedules applicable to resale and distribution of the Content to Members and Enterprise Customers, if applicable, and the manner in which it distributes the Content. We may change the pricing at any time with or without notice to you. Nothing in this Agreement requires us to offer, make available, offer for sale or sell the Content in any way. Footage Firm makes no guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or at all. Pricing schedules for sales to Members and Enterprise Sales may be established separately.
Distribution Control. The Contracting Officer may require the Contractor to cease the external distribution under this Contract, of any reports within a regular or report series, or of any individual report, and any work in connection with such external distribution. However, in such event the Contractor shall remain free to publish, at the Contractor's own expense, any information or data contained in such report(s), subject to any limitations contained in any other provisions of this Contract, in bilaterally accepted task orders, or in the laws or regulations of the United States.
