Common use of General Representations and Warranties of Company Clause in Contracts

General Representations and Warranties of Company. To induce Bank to establish and administer the Program, and except as Previously Disclosed, Target Corporation and Target Enterprise, Inc. jointly and severally make the following representations and warranties to Bank, each and all of which, except as provided below, shall be deemed to be restated and remade on and as of the Effective Date, the Closing Date and each other date on which a payment is made by Bank to Company hereunder. The representations and warranties in Section 10.1(c) with respect to the securities issued by Target Credit Card Master Trust and any contract, instrument, agreement, consent or approval relating thereto are made solely as of the Closing Date. The representations and warranties in Section 10.1(e) and in Section 10.1(g) are made solely as of the Effective Date and the Closing Date.
