General Representations and Warranties of Kohl’s. To induce Bank to establish and administer the Program, Kohl’s makes the representations and warranties set forth on Schedule 11.1 and the following representations and warranties to Bank, each and all of which shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement, and each and all of which shall be deemed to be restated and remade with the same force and effect on each day of the Term.
