Common use of General Rights and Remedies Clause in Contracts

General Rights and Remedies. If any Actionable Default is in existence, then, in each and every such case, the Collateral Agent may, at its option exercised from time to time, and at the written direction of the requisite Secured Parties will, subject to and as provided in Section 11 of the Intercreditor Agreement, at any time thereafter while such Actionable Default is continuing, exercise any rights, powers and remedies available to the Collateral Agent under this Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement and applicable Laws.
