General Scope of Licenses. Sun grants to Customer a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Deliverables for its internal use only, subject to: (i) any restrictions set out in the Order or Order Confirmation as to the permitted number of users and CPUs; and (ii) any supplemental license terms accompanying the Deliverable.
