Common use of General Servicing Obligation Clause in Contracts

General Servicing Obligation. The Servicer must ensure that the servicing of the Mortgage Loan Rights which from time to time form part of the Assets of the Series Trust (including the exercise of the express powers set out in this clause 16) is: (a) (In compliance with this clause 16): in compliance with the express limitations in this clause 16 (unless the prior written consent of the Manager and the Trustee is obtained); and (b) (In accordance with Servicing Standards): to the extent that this clause 16 does not provide otherwise, in accordance with the Servicing Standards.
