Common use of General Skills and Knowledge Clause in Contracts

General Skills and Knowledge. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, neither party will be prohibited or enjoined at any time by the other party from utilizing any skills or knowledge of a general nature acquired during the course of providing the Services, including, without limitation, information publicly known or available or that could reasonably be acquired in performing similar work.
