Common use of General Skills and Knowledge Clause in Contracts

General Skills and Knowledge. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Client agrees that Provider is not prohibited from utilizing any skills or knowledge of a general nature acquired during the course of providing the Services, including information publicly known or available or that could reasonably be acquired in similar work performed for another customer of Provider.

General Skills and Knowledge. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Service Provider shall not be prohibited or enjoined at any time by Client agrees that Provider is not prohibited from utilizing any “skills or knowledge of a general nature nature” acquired during the course of providing performing the ServicesServices specified under this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, including information publicly known “skills or available or knowledge of a general nature” shall include, without limitation, anything that could might reasonably be learned or acquired in connection with similar work performed for another customer of Providerclient.
