General Solicitations. Subscriber is not purchasing the Securities as a result of any advertisement, article, notice or other communication regarding the Securities published in any newspaper, magazine or similar media or broadcast over television or radio or presented at any seminar or, to the knowledge of Subscriber, any other general solicitation or general advertisement.
General Solicitations. Notwithstanding the limitations in Sections 8.01 and 8.02, no member of the GE Group or the Company Group shall be prohibited from placing public advertisements or conducting any other form of general solicitation that is not specifically targeted towards the employees covered by Sections 8.01 and 8.02, including, but not limited to, the use of an independent employment agency or search firm whose efforts are not specifically directed at such an employee.
General Solicitations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, general solicitations of employment published in a newspaper, over the internet, or in another publication of general circulation and not specifically directed towards any Restricted Person shall not be deemed to constitute a solicitation or inducement for purposes of Section 7.1.
General Solicitations. The Company will furnish to the Representatives any proposed General Solicitation to be made by the Company or on its behalf before its use, and will not make or use any proposed General Solicitation without the Representatives’ prior written consent.
