General Stream Adjudication. Buyer is aware that there is pending in Maricopa County Superior Court a general stream adjudication of all rights to use water in and from the Lower Gila and Santa Cruz river systems and sources and that such adjudication ma▇ ▇▇volve rights to use water on and from the Property. Buyer will seek counsel of Buyer's own choosing in determining what actions, if any, Buyer should take with respect to filing or other actions in regard to such general adjudication of water rights, and Seller shall have no liability or responsibility therefor.
