Common use of General Survival Clause in Contracts

General Survival. The following provisions of this Agreement shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason: Articles 1, 11, 12 and 13, and Sections 6.10 through 6.13, 7.1, 7.2, Section 8.1, Section 9.1, Sections 9.7 through 9.11, Section 10.8, Section 10.9, and the first sentence of Section 7.3. In addition, upon the expiration, but not an earlier termination, of this Agreement, the following Sections shall also survive: Section 6.7(f), if applicable, and the corresponding provisions of Sections 6.7(c), 6.7(d) and 6.8; and Section 8.4, with respect to Infringements occurring prior to such expiration.

General Survival. The following provisions of this Agreement Sections 4.6, 4.7, 6.1, 6.2, 7.6, 9.3 and 9.4 and Articles 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15 shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason: Articles 1. Additionally, 11, 12 and 13, and Sections 6.10 through 6.13, 7.1, 7.2, Section 8.1, Section 9.1, Sections 9.7 through 9.11, Section 10.8, Section 10.9, and in the first sentence event of Section 7.3. In addition, upon the expirationan expiration of this Agreement in accordance with its terms, but not an earlier terminationtermination the following shall survive: Sections 2.3, 4.5, 6.3, 8.2 and 8.4. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 13.6.4 or in Section 13.7 or 13.8, all rights and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement shall terminate upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, the following Sections shall also survive: Section 6.7(f), if applicable, and the corresponding provisions of Sections 6.7(c), 6.7(d) and 6.8; and Section 8.4, with respect to Infringements occurring prior to such expirationAgreement for any reason.
