General Survival. The following Articles 1, 3, 6, 10, 11 and 13 and Sections 14.2 through 14.14 shall survive any termination of this Agreement. The representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement shall survive execution, delivery and effectiveness of this Agreement and continue for the life of this Agreement.
