Common use of GENERAL TERMS AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

GENERAL TERMS AGREEMENT. The Purchase Contract reference RR/CAL/DEG2124 dated December 7, 1993, by and between Engine Manufacturer and Assignor, including Exhibit C - "Warranties" thereto, insofar as such Exhibit C relates to the Engine Warranties, but excluding any and all Side Letter Agreements attached thereto, to the extent that such Purchase Contract and such Exhibit relate to the Engines, as such Purchase Contract may hereafter be amended, supplemented and modified to the extent relating to the Engines.

GENERAL TERMS AGREEMENT. The Purchase Contract reference RR/CAL/DEG2124 dated December 7, 1993, by and between Engine Manufacturer and Assignor, including Exhibit C - "Warranties" thereto, insofar as such Exhibit C relates to the Engine Warranties, but excluding any and all Side Letter Agreements attached theretothereto(which do not detract or limit the Engine Warranties in any material respect), to the extent that such Purchase Contract and such Exhibit relate to the Engines, as such Purchase Contract may hereafter be amended, supplemented and modified to the extent relating to the Engines.
