General Terms and Conditions for Rights of First Opportunity. (a) Unless waived or agreed to as part of an investment or otherwise provided in this Agreement, each party shall bear its own expenses with respect to any opportunity to which this Agreement is applicable, and each party agrees that it shall not be entitled to any compensation from the other party with respect to any such opportunity.
